United Electronics Technologies is a Private Limited Company based at Trivandrum,
in the state of Kerala, India. Trivandrum is located in South West
India, by the Arabian sea. Our
mission is "To be a provider of high-quality bespoke IT solutions for the small and medium business." United Electronics was founded
by software professionals with many years of application development
and project management experience across a broad spectrum of industries. The founders have
experience working in several countries including US, Japan, and
UAE. We are a team of 60 professionals ready to do the heavylifting for you.
As a software services company, we place equal emphasis on

- Technical Competency - Developing web applications using J2EE, .NET, and LAMP. In addition, we develop smart client .NET applications using C#, VB.NET or Managed C++. Recently, we have added AJAX and Ruby on Rails to our repertoire. Of course, we realize that programming knowledge itself is not sufficient; so we have acquired a deep knowledge of web security and performance issues.
- Project Management and Processes - Agile development processes ensure quality of deliverables without driving up the development cost. Our preferred approach is iterative development - we first launch a minimal functional site and then add features incrementally. High risk items are dealth with in the initial iterations. This phased approach has worked well for most of our customers.
- Domain and Business Knowledge - We go to great lengths to acquire a deep knowledge of the problem domain before building the solution. Consequently, the domain model closely resembles the real world problem. Technology is not over-used if it does not make sense. Thus, we do not build unnecessary layers where a simple 2 tier design is good enough. The most simple design is also the most elegant.
