We need software professionals at various levels (team leads, architects, coders, testers) with experience in one or more of the following technologies:

Java, JSP, Spring, Struts, Faces, Hibernate, iBatis, jBPM and other popular web frameworks
PHP, Perl, Linux, Apache, MySQL, PostGRESql, Mambo, Smarty, Pears, Symfony
ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, C++, SQL Server

Senior developers are expected to be conversant with UML, Object Oriented Analysis and Design, design patterns like MVC, and agile development methodologies like RUP and XP. Test Driven Development is the norm, so knowledge of unit testing frameworks like JUnit and SimpleTest is a plus. Testers should be familiar with regression, load, and stress testing tools like JMeter and frameworks like Fitnesse. Microsoft developers should be conversant with application blocks like configuration, logging, exception handling, and caching.

Whatever be the level, you are expected to be highly technical and aware of security and performance issues. You also need good oral and written English communication skills.
